Before you publish this: this was written to be accurate about what Cutback actually does and how it actually handles data and billing — but it is a draft, not a substitute for a lawyer's review, especially since you're about to charge real cards.
Cutback is a college football prediction-market terminal. It shows our own model's projections for Kalshi's college football markets, lets you view Kalshi order books and market data, and — if you connect your own Kalshi account — lets you place trades on Kalshi directly from Cutback.
Cutback is an independent product. It is not built, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with Kalshi, Inc. in any way. Your relationship with Kalshi (account terms, funds, trade execution, settlement) is governed entirely by Kalshi's own terms of service, not by Cutback.
Nothing in Cutback — model projections, "edge" figures, win probabilities, rankings, or any other content — is investment, financial, or trading advice. Prediction market trading involves real financial risk, including the risk of losing your entire stake on a position. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
If you choose to connect a Kalshi account, your API key and private key are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and sent directly from your browser to Cutback's server with each request that needs them. Cutback's server does not store your Kalshi credentials in any database, and never logs them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Cutback account. You sign in through Replit's own login — Cutback never sees or stores your Replit password. You're responsible for keeping your own account secure.

You can stop using Cutback and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, violates these terms, or is used fraudulently (including disputing a legitimate charge without first contacting us).
Cutback is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any model projection, market data, or other content, and we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made using Cutback. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Cutback after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To run the service: authenticate you, remember your subscription status, show your Kalshi positions and P&L, and process payments through Stripe. We don't sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.
We don't share your data with anyone else except as required by law.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email allxdayxray@gmail.com.
Cutback uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Cancel anytime before your 3-day trial ends and you will not be charged. Once you're charged, that billing period is not refunded, but you can cancel to stop future charges — you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
The Full Season pass is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once purchased.
